We had such a great time ringing in the new year with some of our wonderful friends!! We had rented out a 15 passenger van to fit all of us, and we had the dad of one of our friends be our DD for the night!! It was great not to have to worry about someone staying sober all night to drive us home!
We all met up at my best friend Tifanie's house and we loaded up in the van and went off to stuff our faces with Mexican food!

After we are all done, we loaded back up and off to the bar we went!! It was great that our DD dropped us off at the front door (we looked kinda like a clown car unloading since we just kept coming out of it!) he then left and we called him at the end of the night to come back to pick us up at the front door! So very nice!!!
We had a wonderful night and had a fun time with everyone! Here is a group shot of all of us!
We even ran into an old friend that I have not seen in many years!! It really was good to see you Homer!!!

Overall the night was pretty great!! We didn't get home till almost 4am or so (we wanted to make sure all the idiots were off the roads) We woke up the next day and relaxed and enjoyed some blackeyed peas and cabbage and creamed spinach with cornbread! YUMMY!
I just know 2012 will be our year for all of our dreams of being more than just a party of 2 to come true!!!
